| The Glock 27 Is The Real Deal..., February 18, 2017 |

| I own a Rugar .45 but I wanted something smaller for concealed carry. The Glock 27 is everything that I was looking for. I wanted more power than a .9mm but something with with less recoil than my .45 caliber handgun. So I talked to several friends in Law Enforcement and they suggested that I try the Glock 27. One of them works for Homeland Security and he said the G27 is his personal carry weapon of choice. So I went to a local shooting range to rent one & to see how it felt in my hands. It felt just right. And it's a very accurate gun. My shot dispersions were tight and righteous. So after one practice session I was sold on this handgun. I shopped around and I found the best prices at Hilltop Pawn. They were very friendly, too. Note: Glock distributed the early batches of these guns with a 9 shot magazine. Do yourself a favor and demand to have the the latter models of the G27 that has a 10 round magazine. You would want to do this not just to have an extra round but for shooting comfort for your pinky finger. The magazine that has the 9 round capacity leaves absolutely no room for your pinky finger to rest on. At first I didn't think it was as big of deal. But after going to the range to shoot 200 bullets: It is a big deal. The 10 round magazine improves my shooting accuracy tremendously! I hope this helps. #BePrepared.. |
